Client Success Stories A client identified two "problem people" in a team who were impacting productivity and morale. One had been a star producer. Our initial assessment revealed that four people were involved in the problem: The leader, who was conflict-adverse; an instigator, who was triggering conflict between the two problem people; the star performer with workaholic expectations; and dad, who had child care responsibilities.
