An Organizational Ombuds provides confidential and neutral assistance to employees to address work related problems, issues and concerns. The Ombuds serves many roles, including that of referral resource, confidential listener, coach and mediator. Reporting only to the highest executive or Board levels of the organization, the Ombuds is in a unique position to assist employees with work-related issues and does not take notice or act in a compliance role.
